Shipping Policy

Van's Workshop currently ships orders within the United States only.

Processing time

Our goal is to ship standard orders within 2–3 business days after verified payment and order details are received. Custom, personalized, made-to-order, laser-engraved, sublimated, UV-printed, CNC, or 3D-printed items may require additional production time depending on the design, quantity, material availability, and approval of personalization details.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, high-volume seasons, or incomplete order information may affect delivery timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email or contact method provided with the order after the package is shipped.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible at vansworkshop22@gmail.com if you notice an address issue. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or shipping.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at vansworkshop22@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
